In October, Sportif.ves welcomed my boyfriend and I into the mixed football competition. We weren’t sure what to expect from the competition, as we were quite new in the country and didn’t speak any French. We were very relieved to discover that it was such a friendly and welcoming environment. Not only that, but there was some quality football being played as well! Throughout the season, we met lots of interesting people from France, and all around the world. We played on great fields all around Paris, and were always well informed with results and other administrative news from the organisation. We can’t wait for the competitions to start back up again.
